  • Wade McHargue

    Wade graduated summa cum laude from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, with a degree in International Ministries. He and his family have served in Africa for seven years. They ministered to the Wolof and Fulakunda of Senegal. While serving in Guinea-Bissau they started a discipleship school that has now graduated 12 classes and planted 75 churches. They served the Native Americans for over four years planting one church there with another Lakota family on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. Wade has also worked in inner-city ministry for four years, and has pastored for ten years. He is on the advisory board for Ends of the Earth Cycling and Outstretched Arms Inc. He is also a chaplain with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association’s Rapid Response Team. He authored the book “The Elijah Generation.” The Lord has opened the door for him to preach His Gospel and disciple in ten countries outside of the US. He’s been married to his beloved wife, Katie, for over 25 years and together they’ve been graced with three amazing children; Abigail, Caleb and Josiah. Wade loves seeing men walking in their destinies for the glory of God. He and his family now call South Carolina home. He enjoys in his free time exploring God’s creation, preferably by foot.

  • Bob Bauer

    Bob has been a licensed Civil Engineer with over 34 years of experience in Project and Construction Mgt, FEMA Public Disaster Assistance, Public Works, Project Acquisition, and Master Planning. Experience includes managing over $2B in military design and construction projects while with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), the Pentagon’s Washington HQ Services (WHS), and the Whiting-Turner Contracting Co.More recently, spent last 5 years employed by several engineering firms supporting FEMA's efforts to issue public grants to US states engaged in recovering from Gulf Coast and SE US coastal natural disasters.

    Bob’s deployments include a combined 12 yrs in Spain, Germany, the Balkans, Iraq & Afghanistan. He received his Master of Arts in Business Management and graduate Federal Executive Institute.

    Bob’s ministry experience includes volunteer prison ministry a combined 4 years in the Baltimore Detention Center and serving as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Administrator for Chuck Colson's Prison Fellowship Ministries, Men's Director New Shiloh Baptist Church, President/Founder - Kingdom of Heaven Ministries (501(c) 3), Program Director Crossroads Freedom Center, Ambassador Academy graduate (Living Waters Ministries), Outstretched Arms Board Member, and Owner/Operator of the '316Xpress' Street Ministry Vehicle. His ministry trips include Mexico, India, Africa, Papua New Guinea, South Dakota, and other locations around the US over the last 15 years.

  • Scott Lowdermilk

    Scott served in military for 38 years. He spent 10 years in the Air Force where he served as a Survival Instructor. He transferred to the Army Reserves and received his commission through Officer Candidate School. He served another 28 Years in the Army Reserves, retiring in 2019 as an Engineer Officer. Concurrently, he worked in civil service for the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for the last 28 years. He retired from civil service in 2019 as the Chief of Operations, USACE, Transatlantic Division. He earned a bachelor’s degree in emergency management and an associate’s degree in survival and rescue operations. He is also a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College. Scott has deployed to various locations throughout the world to include Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Kosovo and Haiti. Scott enjoys the mission field and serving along side other men. His desire is to serve other men and help them grow in their faith. He and his wife, Michelle, have three adult children who are married, and one grandson.
